It is never too early to think about traveling. I have an opportunity to spend New Year's 2013 in Florence. I have not been to Florence in a number of years. I have a renewed interest in Renaissance art and plan to spend the time exploring important art works. A special opportunity to have hands on experience with fresco painting will be part of my trip.
My first step is to reacquaint myself with Florence and its wonders. Off to the library and google.
Serious planning will commence in November.
